Molcajete

Served in a 15 pound molcajete this is one of our most traditional plates. 

Grilled cactus, steak, chicken, fried chile, tomatoes, onions and queso fresco. Served with rice and beans and a choice of tortillas.

Although this comes with a fried chile this is not a spicy dish
